Waste Water Treatment

Our approach is to learn & specialize in all known wastewater treatment technologies i.e Conventional wastewater treatment using coagulants & flocculants, "One Chemical" wastewater treatment, Advanced Oxidation, Biological, Membrane filtration etc. Our understanding of these technologies helps us in providing an un-biased recommendation of technology best suited for the application.

Reusing water in another process can eliminate the need for wastewater treatment.

1. RO Concentrate is not wastewater. Ideal makeup water for cooling towers.
2. Boiler blowdown can be reused (no treatment required) as cooling tower makeup.

Sometimes, pretreatment or utilizing water in another process can eliminate the need for wastewater treatment.

Boiler blowdown was major contributor to TSS loading in wastewater, we were able to eliminate the need for wastewater treatment equipment to bring TSS within discharge limits by softening make-up water for boilers.
Boiler blowdown water can be reused (no treatment required) as cooling tower makeup water running High Cycle Silica chemistry. This can minimize or eliminate need for wastewater treatment.

"One Chemical" Wastewater Treatment.

Floccin products are designed to replace 3 chemistries with 1 and in many cases replace 5 products. This greatly simplifies the treatment operation and variability of the treated water. In batch operations or clarification, the Floccin products have greater settling rates. Batch systems can settle the solids in 20 minutes versus 2+ hours. In clarifiers, the increased settling rate allows a higher hydraulic loading thereby increasing the throughput. This unique characteristic of Floccin polymers increases the capacity of wastewater treatment system especially beneficial where wastewater flowrate has increased beyond design parameters. The sludge generated has a higher shear strength generating a drier cake without dewatering aids (No need for DE precoat).

"AOP" System to reduce COD, BOD, Colour etc.

Advanced Oxidation Process uses ozone in presence of catalyst to produce hydroxyl radical. "AOP" system is more effective and uses less ozone than conventional ozone treatment. Benefits: Total colour removal, up to 95% reduction in COD, BOD, TOC etc and water can be easily recycled. Our proprietary Gas-Water mixing pump system can help you achieve optimum ozone-water mixing & improve process efficiency.

“Biological” System to reduce TSS, BOD, COD etc.

A Bio-Reactor is a biological wastewater treatment system used to degrade high levels of BOD. This is achieved with the use of a series of tanks, blowers, and pumps that specially designed to maintain an aerobic biomass (population of bacteria that eat the organic constituents that makeup the BOD). A Bioreactor gives industry an option to treat BOD in an economical and reliable manner.
